How I Balance Seasonal Change?

For me, with the changing of seasons comes a natural moment of planning: a reevaluation of rhythm, goals, and how the days are unfolding.
Balancing work, school, friendships, and a business isn’t easy. I’ve spent years trying different approaches before finally finding a pace that feels realistic and supportive.

What changed the most wasn’t the schedule; it was my mindset. Instead of focusing on the stress or the exhaustion or the money, I started paying attention to the skills I was gaining. The confidence I was building. The way each challenge made the world feel a little less intimidating.

Most of our fears come from not knowing enough yet. And when you finally approach something you’ve been avoiding and it turns out easier than expected, that moment is so freeing. Even when something is harder, it stretches you without breaking you. It shows you that the worst-case scenario isn’t as powerful as the fear behind it.

October reminds me that growth is seasonal too, and that I’m always capable of more than I may think.
