Best Ways to Enjoy

  • Toasted with Salt + Butter

  • Add Raspberry or Strawberry Jam

  • Side with Coffee or Tea

  • Warmed slightly as a Dessert

  • French Toast

  • With Berries + Sliced Almonds + Whipped Cream

Reheating

Sprinkle lightly with water and warm in the oven at 350°F for 5–10 minutes.

I usually toast a slice or two in a pan with melted butter.

Storage

Best enjoyed within 3–4 days.

Store cut-side down

or

Freeze slices up to 3 months for later use.
